سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع
01 — معاينة الطلب قبل الاستلام
يمكنك معاينة طلبك قبل الاستلام للتأكد من المنتج وحالته.
في حالة رفض استلام الطلب لأي سبب، يتم تطبيق رسوم شحن ثابتة قدرها 100 جنيه مصري على جميع المحافظات، مقابل تكلفة الشحن والإرجاع.
02 — الاستبدال والاسترجاع بعد الاستلام
بعد استلام الطلب، يمكنك طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام.
في حالة وجود عيب في المنتج:
إذا وجدت أي عيب في المنتج، يتحمل Termo Store تكلفة الشحن الخاصة بالاستبدال أو الاسترجاع، بعد التحقق من العيب.
في حالة عدم وجود عيب:
إذا كان المنتج سليمًا وترغب في الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع لأي سبب آخر، يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن الخاصة بإعادة المنتج.
03 — استرداد المبلغ
في حالة الاسترجاع، يتم تحويل قيمة المنتج بعد استلامه وفحص حالته والتأكد من سلامته.
ويتم تحويل المبلغ من خلال:
• محفظة إلكترونية
• InstaPay
ملاحظة:
لا يتم تحويل المبلغ إلا بعد استلام المنتج من شركة الشحن والتأكد من حالته.
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
01 — Order Inspection Before Delivery
You can inspect your order before accepting the delivery to check the product and its condition.
If you refuse to receive the order for any reason, a fixed shipping fee of EGP 100 will be charged for all governorates to cover the shipping and return costs.
02 — Exchange & Return After Delivery
After receiving your order, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return.
In Case of a Product Defect:
If you find any defect in the product, Termo Store will cover the shipping costs for the exchange or return after verifying the defect.
In Case There Is No Defect:
If the product is in perfect condition and you wish to exchange or return it for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
03 — Refund
For returns, the product value will be refunded after the returned product is received, inspected, and its condition is verified.
The refund will be transferred through:
• Electronic Wallet
• InstaPay
