تأكيد الطلب

بعد إتمام طلبك، سيتواصل معك أحد أفراد فريق Termo Store لتأكيد الطلب والتأكد من بيانات التوصيل.

لن يتم شحن الطلب قبل تأكيده من جانبك. في حالة عدم الرد على محاولات التواصل لتأكيد الطلب، لن يتم شحن الطلب.

مدة التوصيل

بمجرد تأكيد الطلب، سيتم شحنه مباشرة، وتكون مدة التوصيل المتوقعة:

القاهرة والجيزة: من 2 إلى 3 أيام عمل.
باقي المحافظات: خلال 3 الي 6 أيام عمل كحد أقصى.

قد تختلف مدة التوصيل قليلًا حسب المحافظة وعنوان الاستلام وظروف شركة الشحن.

يرجى التأكد من صحة رقم الهاتف وعنوان التوصيل عند إتمام الطلب، لضمان سرعة تأكيد وشحن طلبك.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, a member of the Termo Store team will contact you to confirm your order and verify your delivery details.

Your order will not be shipped until it is confirmed by you. If we are unable to reach you to confirm the order, it will not be shipped.

Delivery Time

Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped directly. Estimated delivery times are:

Cairo & Giza: 2–3 business days.
Other Governorates: Up to 5 business days.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the governorate, delivery address, and courier conditions.

Please make sure your phone number and delivery address are correct when placing your order to ensure a smooth and timely confirmation and delivery process.
